We’ve redesigned the Payroll experience to make it easier to understand payroll totals, manage payments, and quickly see how much each team member is owed.
📊 New Payroll Summary
A redesigned summary section now gives you a complete overview before you dive into the payroll table:
- Total payroll amount
- Number of people
- Number of payments
- Total tracked hours
- Pending timesheets awaiting approval
- Separate totals by currency
🗂️ Simpler Payroll Tabs
Payroll now has two tabs instead of three:
- Due — Everything that still needs to be paid
- Paid — Everything that has already been paid
Hourly and one-time payments now appear together in the Paid ledger, with filters available when you need to distinguish between them.
One-time payments can also be recorded directly from the new payment form.
👥 Member Payroll Totals
You can now see a running total for each member within your selected date range.
- Sort by Amount to see who is owed the most
- Sort by Time to see who worked the most
- Sort A–Z to quickly find a member
- Click a member to view their payments day by day
- Focus the entire payroll view on a specific member
- Member totals remain visible while scrolling
🔄 No Setup Required
Your existing payments, rates, and approval settings remain unchanged. The redesign works with your existing payroll data and configuration.

- 💰 Pay Multiple People at Once — See the number of selected people and total payment amount before confirming.
